  • Physical Health: Attempt to understand your body.

    It has a few rules that it follows. If you are able to identify and exploit these rules, you will excel here.

    The most generalistic rules I have found is the Ayurveda theory of Doshas, an Indian origin medicinal system. Kapha, Vata, Pitta. These three explained a lot on why my body was behaving the way it is. The energy levels, my mood swings, my bias when taking a decision.

    I personally have high Vata and Pitta Doshas. Now since I know them, I can consciously can identify and mitigiate it. All your biases interact with each other to create something unique, you. This is what you are. Identify them, Understand them, Manipulate them.
